Okay, I'll be the first to admit that I think I can lose all this weight overnight, I didn't put it on overnight. I brew this up and drink it just before each mean and it's slimming. It has no calories, fats, proteins, carbs or anything else that would cause me to gain weight. It's filling and makes me feel fuller before meals so I actually eat less. What a great idea. My mom's a doctor and she told me that I have to lose weight or I am at a huge risk for a heart attack. I didn't want to disappoint her or myself so I am drinking this and combining it with extra exercise and a new workout routine. So far, I've lost 10 pounds.
